Prime grade lamb ribs cooked with milk, salt, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, saffron, aniseed powder, ginger powder, asafoetida and bay leafs till tender and batter fried in ghee till golden brown.
Ingredients
Lamb ribs 500 Grams
Milk 500 Milliliters
Green Cardamom 2 Grams
Cinnamon 2 Grams
Clove 2 Grams
Saffron 1/2 Gram
Aniseed powder 15 Grams
Ginger powder 15 Grams
Asafoetida water 5 Milliliters
Bay leaf 2 Grams
Curd 60 Grams
Gram Flour 60 Grams
Salt to taste
Ghee for frying 400 Grams
Red Chilli powder 15 Grams
Method
1.In a handi put meat, milk, salt, cardamom, cinammon, cloves, saffron, aniseed powder,
ginger powder, asafoetida and bay leafs and cook till meat is tender and liquid is
evaporated.
2.Mix gram flour, chilli powder, salt and curd well in a bowl and add a little water to
make the consistency smooth.
3.Dip the peaces of meat in the batter and deep fry on a medium heat till they are
golden brown.
4.Serve hot.
